Shannon and I did stoller strides at Ion this morning. It was fun to meet some new mommies and to workout together in an outdoor setting.The weather was beautiful and Roman did well staying in his stoller as there was alot to see.At the end we gathered on the grass and let the kids out to play. Roman did a good job stretching just like mommy was and he also tried to master the resistance band- too cute!
