Homeschool Week 2 and 3

Wow, is homeschooling alot of work.Seriously, it is an adjustment. I think maybe God called me to it this year more for me than anything else. To slow down, to practise discipline, to learn again in a new way, to spend more quality with my kids than less, to learn and memorize scripture daily.

I really love it despite the challenges and am so grateful for so much support and encouragement around me.

Roman has started to read little sentances and loves learning about the moon this week. he is such a big help with his brothers and had his first soccer practise last night. Andrew is his coach and I loved watching them. This boy can dribble a ball and is probably the biggest kid on his team.

Jude has started eating rice and broccoli. He is repeating everything Roman does and says. He is fascinated with the wiggles. The sweetest thing is to see Roman and Jude developing a strong bond. I know that having Roman home this year will enable that also. I often turn around in the car and they are holding hands or Roman is resting his head in Judes lap.

Titus is speed crawling and starting to stand by himself. He is so much more advanced than the other two were at one. Can you believe I am planning his first birthday? He talks all the time, repeats words, and is always figuring out how to get to what he wants. He also has some signing going on which i love!
